I have not vanished into the Bermuda triangle, into some interstellar dimension with beings resembling those of a certain K.A. Applegate series.

I have been incredibly busy. I'm currently taking a summer course-- a math course, god help me-- and I am slowly but surely developing a social life, even if it is a bit primordial in nature. I have been struck down with the meanest case of writer's block I've ever had since I first started writing Jaded two and a half years ago. The kind where you open the document and stare at what you've written, adding a few sentences here or there, but being unable to further develop the plotline. That kind.

So I've been reading like crazy instead. And it's worked.

I now have an idea for how I want the next chapter of the first Horrorscape to go.

Jaded has also been half-finished, although I hate it and want to delete the series and start over from scratch.

My reviewers would probably kill me, though.

I know I've been recieving  a lot of reviews and PMs, some nicer than others, and I'm sorry if I'm not updating the story of your choice, but I'd rather update what I want to, than force myself to work on something I am uninspired for. Please understand that I am not a high school student. I have a lot going on in my life-- less so than most-- but this is the crossroads between adolescence and adulthood and I've got to start making some serious decisions. Writing doesn't come up to par, in most of these cases.

Anyway, the point of this rant is that I am planning on updating something. Anything. Soon.

Are you taking any classes this summer?

And eck. D: Hope that writer block goes away soon.

They should just be glad that you haven't given up on the stories (not saying that you would, just that others have and that they should be glad you haven't).

Jaded is wonderful, you're just being a perfectionist. Why not just go back and fix things or rewrite it another time?

Definitely looking forward to more Horrorscape, though. I've missed it. :D

Good luck on your serious life decisions and don't let anyone bug you. <3

Yes. I'm taking Statistics. It was going to be Spanish, too, but thank god it's been dropped.

It's sort of gone away. I mean, I added another page to what I have to HSI and now I know how I want the plot to progress. Since it's been completely altered, this takes more work than it would if I just polished up the original. GM does something supremely wicked that shows just how devious he is, though. Mwahahahaha.

I'm glad you like Jaded. I have the chapter finished. It just needs to be revised and I don't feel like doing it right now, hence the delay. I'm thinking about just publishing what I have though, since nobody else but me seems to think that it is teh suckage.

Girl you take your time. I would prefer for you to feel happy, inspired, and totally thrilled about the next posted chapter (of whichever story) than be miserable and unhappy posting something you feel is less than what you are.

And life is always first and foremost. Never let anyone make you feel bad. If you made a living out of this, then we could complain, but even then -- art cannot be rushed.

I hope you're doing well in your summer courses.

I wanted to nominate the first Horrorscape as "BEST M-RATED" in this round of SKoW but I am baffled as to what category ; incomplete or complete since it is complete... but not.

Oh well, I can always wait for the next time.

I did nominate you for something else but I won't tell you ;)

Sometimes the judges are anal so we'll see if they see the wonderfulness that I see or not.

Now, don't worry about a thing.

*leaves you a basket of cookies* I came specifically to poke and see how you were doing.

The first Horrorscape isn't M-rated. Just the second one is. :)

That's incredibly sweet of you. Yay! I'm so excited! :D

And thanks for your never ending support. Your comments and reviews always bring a smile to my face. I started cackling like the Wicked Witch of the West when I read your remark on HSII regarding GM. :D If only, if only...

Now THAT would certainly be a cure-all for writer's block. :P

I'm quite well. I really do hope to have SOMETHING up soon. Probably the first HS. I hope you're doing well, too. I've tried to keep my eye peeled for DoA updates. ;)

I like Jaded. Its fine, I really love all your writings so don't think bad of them. The story is actually one of favs among the many I read on fictionpress

Well thank you very much! I'm glad you like it. Writing can really suck sometimes. It's as if all your mistakes are little neon signs scattered throughout the text that no one else but you can see. Ugh. It drives me crazy. That's why it's always nice to have other people read your writing from a fresh perspective. Hee hee. :)
